Fletcher McNeill was founded in Liverpool in 1979 to provide quantity surveying and other associated services.

 A Manchester office was opened in 1985 with additional offices opened in Oxford (1987) and Lichfield, West Midlands (2005).

Whilst Fletcher McNeill had a broad spread of clients and services, it has developed a particular expertise in the leisure sector, mainly budget hotels, pubs and bar groups. Its clients include Whitbread, The Tussauds Group, Travelodge and Spirit Group .

Growth and the establishment of Baqus has not come at the expense of traditional Fletcher McNeill values of personal service and director level involvement with every project undertaken. You will still be dealing with the same people but with the benefit of nationwide coverage and resources.
